1210 40th Street Framing

The addition on 1210 40^th Street is coming along nicely. Here are pictures of the master bedroom, the master bathroom and looking at the family room from the kitchen. The size of this home leaves plenty of space in all the rooms and walking through the framed rooms is giving me a great feel for how amazing this home will be. It will do the Fab 40's proud!

Most of the work is completed at 905 46^th Street in East Sac. There are many touch up items left and the final cleaning, but aside from that the home is almost finished and looking beautiful!

I have this amazing complete remodel home at 905 46^th Street under contract. They should be finished with all the construction in a few weeks and then my buyer will be able to close and move in early in August.

The construction is coming along nicely at 1210 40^th Street. The foundation is in and they are working on framing. They have all the old walls stripped down to the studs and ready for new wiring, plumbing and design. This will be an amazing East Sac Fab 40's home when they are done.

My builder clients that are creating an amazing home at 1210 40^th Street are about to start on their next project at 1457 47^th Street in the Fab 40's of East Sac.

This will be an impressive 4-5 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom home with 3223 square feet and fit in well with the marvelous homes that line this great street. They should be complete with the construction later this fall.

1334 39th Street Just Sold!

The amazing home at 1334 39^th Street has just sold! This is a wonderful home in the Fab 40's of East Sac. It is on an oversized lot and has all the old world charm that the neighborhood is known for. The home was originally built in 1909 and added onto almost 30 years ago. My clients were a joy to work with and had made this their family home for over 30 years.

Despite some inspection challenges and an exhaustive request for repairs, we have finally made it. I am very happy to see this one completed.

The coming soon sign has just gone up on 1210 40^th Street. Things should move along quickly at this point. The new foundation is in. Framing the new addition and the changes to the old floor plans will be the next steps…

East Sac 4th of July Parade

My wife and I just took our recurrent tandem bike out for the East Sac 4th of July parade.
What a great way to start the holiday off, hanging out with hundreds of our neighbors.
This year the parade stated on 41st Street and looped through 42nd street and back. Start time was at 11:00 despite some conflicting information that said it started at 10:00.

1457 47^th Street is a great little property on a wonderful street in the Fab 40's of East Sac. My clients just completed this purchase and have plans in hand for an expansion and remodel turning this property into an amazing Fab 40's home. I’ll post more details as I get them…
