New Construction in East Sac – 1633 39th Street

There have been a lot of new construction and complete remodels happening in East Sac lately. I’m going to do a series of posts on some of the ones that I know about that will be coming on the market in the next several months. Most of them are not my listings but ones where I know the builders or the listing agent. I’ll point it out when it is my listing.

First on that list is one that I expect to hit the market any day now. 1633 39^th Street should be a 4,000+ square foot home priced around $1,300,000. These are the same builders that did 39th and M that I listed and sold last year.

Well, "Soon" is a relative term. This amazing East Sac home for sale won’t hit the market for about 5 more months because that is how long it will take to do the new construction.

Based on how fast the amazing home at 3900 M Street sold, I don’t think we will have any trouble selling this one.
