I have a great client that recently bought a wonderful home in the Pocket/Greenhaven area. This is a great 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home that is just over $2,000 square feet.

We had to move quick to beat out the other offers, but that wasn't a problem for my client. She was decisive and able to lock up a great new home for herself.

It turned out to be one of the smoothest transactions I have had in a while.

Hey, I never posted that this one closed. It had everything that my client was looking for. We missed it on the first time through by a day and it went Pending as he put in an offer, but we got into back up position and when the first buyer fell out we stepped in and made the deal work!

7001 Pocket Road Just Sold

To continue the catching up on my Just Sold series, 7001 Pocket Road closed last week! This is a great half plex that my wonderful clients wanted in order to be in the right neighborhood to get their adorable daughter into a great school in a couple years. Genevieve Didion Elementary is known as a great school in the Pocket/Greenhaven neighborhood.

There were many offers before we were able to get them under contract. I think the cute family photo in our cover letter help cinch us this deal.
