To continue the catching up on my Just
Sold series, 7001 Pocket Road closed last week! This is a great half
plex that my wonderful clients wanted in order to be in the right
neighborhood to get their adorable daughter into a great school in a
couple years. Genevieve Didion Elementary is known as a great school
in the Pocket/Greenhaven
neighborhood.
There were many offers before we were
able to get them under contract. I think the cute family photo in our
cover letter help cinch us this deal.
