I helped Seth buy
this property two years ago and just had the honor of helping to sell
it for him. His timing for the purchase was almost perfect and we
were able to sell it for well above where he bought.
We priced it
aggressively and still received eight offers, several well above
asking price.
It was one of the
smoothest transactions that I've had so far this year.
