Just Sold 1210 40th Street

Things have been busy and I forgot to post that a couple weeks ago my clients just purchase 1210 40^th Street in the Fab 40's of East Sac.

Work has already begun on the home and in the next few months it will be added onto and completely updated into an amazing new home.
