Got to love the Fab 40′s in East Sac.
This is a wonderful Dutch Colonial Tudor home that another agent with Dunnigan has listed. There is plenty of architectural charm throughout. Rich hardwood floors, spacious bedrooms, formal living room and dining room, newly remodeled bath, den bonus room in attic and more. The charming kitchen with white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances overlooks a covered brick patio. It has a very private backyard plus a two car carriage door garage.
With the East Sac 4th of July parade running through this area, you should take a look at this amazing home. I love showing it, so give me a call if you would like to get in…

39th & M Updates
Updates on 39th and M in East Sac: Unfortunately very little of the massive overgrowth of vegetation could be saved. The front tree was too close to the house and one of the reasons the duplex foundation was so poor. The massive sycamore out from is staying and so some of the trees in the very back…
The lot feels much bigger and cleaner now that the overgrowth is pulled away from the duplex.
