1210 40^th Street in the Fab 40's of East Sac is about to get exciting!

The building permits have been approved, the foundation work will start next week and the amazing construction crew will have this property finished by mid-September.

They have done all the demo work and exposed all the interior walls down to the studs. Here are a couple shots that I took a little while back of the knob and tube wiring and old plumbing, which will all be replaced. Soon this will a perfect blend of the best of the old structure with all the modern construction and amenities.

My clients just purchase 584 34^th Street in East Sac. This is one block from McKinley Park and one of my top five favorite blocks outside of the Fab 40's!
