Just Sold 3747 Willow Bend Antelope

I am very pleased that my clients just closed on the purchase of their first home. This Antelope home was the one that they really wanted and we went after it aggressively.

We ended up with new carpet, paint, the AC repaired, a two year roof cert and more for my clients. Not bad for an "as is sale" from Fannie Mae and Home Path!

Things have been busy and I forgot to post that a couple weeks ago my clients just purchase 1210 40^th Street in the Fab 40's of East Sac.
