2619 Pinnacle View Dr in Meadow Vista's Winchester Country Club is For Sale!

I have an amazing listing in the Winchester Country Club in Meadow Vista. This home belongs to clients of mine that bought a great property in the Fab 40's of East Sac last year. The addition and remodel of that East Sac home is almost done and now it is time to sell their amazing home in the foothills.

This home has three bedrooms plus a separate den/office, three full baths plus a half bath by the pool. All of the finishes in this home are of the highest quality and attention to detail. The ceilings are all over 12 feet high, the walls are hand troweled "American Clay, every sink in the home is custom made, it even has a copper bathtub in the master suite.

The gourmet chef's kitchen has all Viking appliances and there are custom built cabinets by Steve Savage throughout the home as well as custom light fixtures.

The large patio has it's own fireplace (one of four on the property) and the pool and spa are ideal for outdoor entertaining with a built in Viking BBQ and outdoor kitchen. You can sit in your own oasis and enjoy the views of the 14th fairway and distant city lights!

It is amazing what you can do with 3731 square feet and 1.2 acres. This property is so grand that it I was inspired to have aerial footage taken.

You can see the full listing at my real estate site.

Water Saving Seminar

While we did manage to get some rain a bit late in the season, we’re still not quite where we need to be to escape drought status. This coming Saturday, April 26, a water conservation rep from the City of Sacramento Department of Utilities will be on hand at McKinley Library to give their tips on conserving water this summer indoors and out (and keeping your plants alive at the same time).

The talk will be from 12noon-1pm, and all are welcome to attend and bring their water-saving questions. For more information, go to www.saclibrary.org/Locations/McKinley.

4701 M Street Just Sold!

I just got to hand off the keys for the wonderful single story home in Fab 40's of East Sac at 4701 M Street.

These clients found me on my web site (well, her mom found me and passed my name on) and I was able to help them make the big move down from beautiful, but rainy Seattle. I had lived up there for many years and love being back in the sun and warmth of Sacramento.

They have been some of the nicest clients to work with. I been blessed with a great run of clients and it really does make my job such a pleasure.

Welcome to the city of Perfect Spring Weather!

817 26th Street Just Sold!

I have a wonderful client that just purchased this great home in the Midtown's Metro Square.

We had gotten in contract on another property, but on closer inspection it just wasn't the right fit for her and we had to cancel that transaction. I'm so happy to see her in this home instead because it lights her up where as the other one was just going to be lots of work to make it some place that she would be happy to be.

The sellers of this home have been wonderful to work with and the transaction went very smoothly.

I'm love seeing a happy client get a home that they truly love! Well worth the extra time searching to make that happen.

Food Truck Mania Continues

This Friday evening, April 11, Food Truck Mania continues at McKinley Park. From 5-8pm some of the area's favorite food trucks will be on hand, as well as live music, a beer garden and fun for the kids at the nearby playground. Presented by Councilmember Steve Cohn and organized by Sacramento Mobile Food Events (SactoMoFo), Food Truck Mania will continue every second Friday this year through October.

I tried to go last month but due to a late appointment for a client we didn't get to the event until  around 7:30 and the lines were very, very long! I hear that they are going to have more trucks this time but you might want to get there early anyways.

For more info, go to sactomofo.com.
