39th & M Building Starts
Updates on 39th and M in East Sac: OK, there was a delay in the final new construction permit so it took a while to pull the last wall and old foundation, but now that is done. The new foundation is in and the property will go up pretty quick from here on out

Now Pending at 4200 E Commerce
Well, that didn’t last long. We had many showings, received a couple offers and have already accepted one. Now for the long wait of getting this through the banks short sale department.
I’m on the MENA board!
I love East Sac and have been working with the McKinley EastSac Neighborhood Association for several months to give back to the community that I love so much. At the last board meeting I was voted in as an official new board member. If you receive an email blasts to MENA members letting them know of important happenings in our neighborhood, I’m the one sending that out…
Just Sold of 5223 Olivehurst
It was my great pleasure to help my clients purchase this wonderful home in Elk Grove. It fit everything that he wanted for himself and his children. I handed off the keys yesterday and the joy that he expressed was priceless. I do love my job!
New listing at 4200 E Commerce
I have a new listing in the Bella Rose condo complex just outside of the Arco Arena! It is currently rented and would continue to make a great investment property or a home for someone for less than they could rent. It’s a short sale, but I have partnered with another agent in my office who is a master of the short sale process and she is going to see us through all the bank complications on this.
Now Pending on 958 Q Street
I’m pleased to announce that last week we accepted and offer on 958 Q Street. This is a great Downtown Sacramento townhouse and we had a lot of activity on this listing. If all goes well I will be posting a Sold for this property.

Now Pending for 717 Dunbarton
I’m pleased to announce that a couple weeks ago we accepted and offer on 717 Dunbarton Circle. This is a great townhouse in the Campus Commons community and it has been wonderfully updated and cared for. This is a long closing but we have passed all the main hurdles and we should close in several weeks and then I’ll be happy to post that it has Sold.

39th & M Demo Continued
Updates on 39th and M in East Sac: Wow! When the demo team gets moving they do it quick. The only reason that there is still a little bit of a wall left standing is because the builders are waiting for the final permits to come through. Once this can officially be a new construction (instead of a remodel) that last little bit of wall and the rest of the foundation will be gone and they will start with a clean slate…

East Sac 4th of July Parade
The great spirit of East Sac comes out to show its colors in Red, White and Blue on the 4th of July. There will be many block parties around the neighborhood, vast amounts of BBQ’s and neighbors bonding on a warm summer day.
The biggest of the events has an open invite to all the neighbors of East Sac. The Fab 40’s takes the block party to the next level and makes it into a full blown parade taking over 41st and 42nd Street between J and M Street. The parade starts at 10:00 a.m. to beat the heat. Come on out and enjoy being part of the community!

Referral from Jim and Lenora
OK, the letter says it all. I was able to help these clients with a sale and a purchase and I’m now helping on some additional projects...

1062 43rd Street
Got to love the Fab 40′s in East Sac.
This is a wonderful Dutch Colonial Tudor home that another agent with Dunnigan has listed. There is plenty of architectural charm throughout. Rich hardwood floors, spacious bedrooms, formal living room and dining room, newly remodeled bath, den bonus room in attic and more. The charming kitchen with white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances overlooks a covered brick patio. It has a very private backyard plus a two car carriage door garage.
With the East Sac 4th of July parade running through this area, you should take a look at this amazing home. I love showing it, so give me a call if you would like to get in…

39th & M Updates
Updates on 39th and M in East Sac: Unfortunately very little of the massive overgrowth of vegetation could be saved. The front tree was too close to the house and one of the reasons the duplex foundation was so poor. The massive sycamore out from is staying and so some of the trees in the very back…
The lot feels much bigger and cleaner now that the overgrowth is pulled away from the duplex.
